Refund Policy

At Dr. Tina West Cellular Skin Science™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following refund policy:

• You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for refund unless they are defective.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at mgr@westskinlaser.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
• We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Special promotions or discounted items may have different return policies, which will be noted at the time of purchase.
